Returns
After your cancellation, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. We recommend notifying us briefly beforehand — this way, we can process the return quickly and smoothly. You bear the costs of the return yourself, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds
As soon as we have received your cancellation, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received. Condition of Goods & Compensation for Value Loss
Please handle the goods with care. If the value of the goods is diminished by use beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we may demand compensation for value loss. However, this does not affect your right of withdrawal.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Vouchers are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For all other items, the statutory right of withdrawal applies without restriction.

Damages & Incorrect Deliveries
Please check your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we will resolve it quickly and easily.

Exchanges
The fastest way to process an exchange is through a return and a new purchase. After receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive feedback from us.
